Chanda is a Tennessee native with ties to Knoxville and Chattanooga. After retiring from a career in horticulture, Chanda’s love of meeting new people led her to a new career in the insurance industry in 2020. She has found a passion for helping people protect their families.

Chanda has been married to sports journalist Dave Hooker for 27 years and they have two (mostly) grown kids in college. She enjoys gardening, cooking and is an admitted true crime junkie.
