I grew up in Miamisburg, Ohio where I attended Miamisburg High School. I am new to the industry but have over 15 years of customer service experience. I understand how imperative a positive customer experience is. I really enjoy working with people and helping them in any way that I can. Coaching is a big passion of mine; I am involved in the Miamisburg girls’ basketball where I have coached teams at the high school and the elementary level. If the Buckeyes or Bengals are on, you can bet I am watching the game. I enjoy all things sports, especially fantasy football.
